The copper Rod Upward caster adopts 4 columns, the motor adopts Yaskawa servo motor of Japan, Mitsubishi PLC programming control, color touch screen operation display, and uses domestic advanced pitch control program to drive the servo motor, so that the system has a wide and convenient speed regulation range, and the precise operation mode can make the control response accuracy reach 0.01s, and the reducer adopts imported high-precision reducer without gap. It can meet the special requirements of updraft continuous casting track. The take-up system adopts advanced synchronous tracking system, tension sensor and copper rod arranged in order, and the copper casting machine take-up amount is more than 4t. The main electrical equipment is Schneider t electric, and the silicon steel sheet is imported from Japan. The products are superior to the domestic similar products.
